The procedure for accessing non-reimbursable financial support involves a set of activities aimed at identifying, selecting, evaluating, and approving investment projects that meet the objectives of the Program and its eligibility criteria.
Measure 1: Non-reimbursable financial support for start-up women entrepreneurs
The maximum amount of non-reimbursable financing provided under this measure is MDL 200,000. The beneficiary’s contribution varies depending on the priority criteria, as follows:
- for start-up women entrepreneurs — at least 20% of the investment project value;
- for enterprises operating in priority sectors — at least 15% of the eligible investment project costs;
- for beneficiaries belonging to the category of persons with disabilities — at least 5% of the investment project value.
Additionally, women entrepreneurs may request non-reimbursable financial support under the “e-commerce package” of up to MDL 30,000 for investments related to electronic commerce. Accessing the “e-commerce package” does not require co-financing from the beneficiary and is not a mandatory condition for accessing support under Measure 1.
To participate in Measure 1 — “Non-reimbursable financial support for start-up women entrepreneurs”, the applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria:
