The implementation period of the Program is 36 months, with the possibility of extension based on the availability of additional financial resources.

This Program is intended for small producers who plan to launch or develop a business in the manufacturing industries on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

The objective of the Small Producers Support Program is to expand the number of small producers, as well as to increase their sales volume and productivity.

Specific objectives:

  1. improving the level of awareness of potential entrepreneurs and small producers regarding opportunities for launching/developing a business in the small production sector;
  2. stimulating investments in the creation and development of domestic products, especially in rural areas;
  3. increasing the added value generated by small producers.

Participants in the Program may be:

  1. enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry for at least 12 months prior to the submission date of the application to the Program; and
  2. individuals who demonstrate activity and experience for at least 12 months prior to the application date in one of the economic activities eligible under the Program.

500.000 MDL

Non-reimbursable financing of up to 500,000 MDL, representing a maximum of 70% of the investment project value.

11.01: Distillation, rectification, and blending of alcoholic beverages;

11.04: Manufacture of other non-distilled fermented beverages;

12.00: Manufacture of tobacco products;

20.51: Manufacture of explosives;

25.40: Manufacture of weapons and ammunition;

30.40: Manufacture of military fighting vehicles;

32.11: Minting of coins.
