The Senior Experts Service (SES) is one of the leading German organisations in the field of volunteering and delegation of retired experts and managers.

Since 1983, SES has been putting its expertise at the service of sustainable economic and social development worldwide. SES missions strengthen local competences in all branches and sectors.

Missions last on average four to six weeks. SES bears the costs of preparing the mission, the host business/organisation bears part of the costs of carrying it out.
