List of required documents for applying to Measure 1/2
- Annual financial statements for the last fiscal period submitted to the NBS / Unified tax report submitted to the STS (for enterprises operating for more than 12 months);
- Financial statements submitted to the National Bureau of Statistics / unified tax report submitted to the State Tax Service for the last two years of activity (for growing companies);
- Documents confirming the applicant’s disability status (where applicable);
- Price quotations including technical specifications of the requested goods/services;
- Price quotations for “e-commerce” (where applicable);
- Documents confirming ownership or usage rights: lease agreement / loan-for-use agreement / rental agreement, etc. (where applicable);
- Documents confirming the applicant’s entrepreneurial experience, such as:
- certificates of completion of training courses (business start-up, financial literacy, marketing and sales, etc.) with a minimum duration of 5 days; or
- certificate of training in entrepreneurship obtained within start-up programs implemented by I.P. ODA, issued no later than three years prior to applying for Measure 1 under this Program; or
- other supporting documents (where applicable);
- Financial data attached to the Application Form;
- Licenses and permits held by the enterprise (where applicable);
- Other relevant documents (where applicable).
