Measure 1: Non-reimbursable financial support for beginner women entrepreneurs

Total budget allocated for 2026: 18.910.405 MDL, from the State Budget and European Union resources.

Program Objectives

  • facilitating the creation and development of start-up enterprises founded and managed by women by providing conditional non-reimbursable financial support of up to 200,000 MDL;
  • improving the competitiveness of developing and growing enterprises managed by women by providing conditional non-reimbursable financial support of up to 600,000 MDL;
  • supporting e-commerce activities carried out by women-led enterprises by providing conditional non-reimbursable financial support of up to 50,000 MDL;
  • improving managerial skills of women entrepreneurs by facilitating access to information, training, consultancy, and mentoring;
  • raising awareness and providing relevant information regarding opportunities and the contribution of women entrepreneurs to economic development.

Women’s Entrepreneurship Support Program

Women represent the most valuable and largest untapped source of entrepreneurial and leadership potential in the Republic of Moldova.

The involvement of women in entrepreneurship contributes to increased personal income, financial independence, self-confidence, and negotiation power.

Investments in women’s entrepreneurship will contribute to sustainable economic growth, job creation, and the development of impactful innovations.
