Call for tenders for the elaboration of the Feasibility Study for the creation of the Industrial Park
In the context of the implementation of the State Programme for the establishment and development of industrial parks, approved by Government Decision No 493/2025, IP Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (IP ODA), as the Programme Implementation Unit, coordinates the preparation of the documentation necessary for the creation of industrial parks, including the preparation of feasibility studies.
In order to estimate the budget required and subsequently initiate public procurement procedures in accordance with Law No 131/2015, we would ask you to submit to us a price offer and the average execution time for drawing up a full feasibility study for an industrial park, in accordance with the volume of works and documentation described in this application.
Please note that IP ODA is planning to draw up several feasibility studies for different municipalities in the Republic of Moldova under the same Programme. Tenderers are encouraged to indicate the possibility of granting a discount in case of contracting a study package (3, 5 or more).
Note: This call is not a public procurement procedure and does not oblige IP ODA to enter into a contract. The data collected shall be used exclusively for budget estimation and preparation of procurement documentation.
