Specialist Principal/Specialist Principal, Compliance Assessment Section, Fund for Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth of Moldova (face) (deadline: 26 August 2024)
ODA is a public institution with the mission to support the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova from the start of a business, to its internationalisation.
General purpose of the post Execution of conformity assessment activities and processing of documents related to products/funding instruments we do.
Basic tasks of the vacant post according to the job description:
- Receiving, experting and financing applications for funding;
- Monitor and report on the funding process and the impliment of products we do;
- Receiving data and documents, analysing them and preparing the assessment reports of partner financial entities, in the field of competence;
- Participating in the preparation of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals implementing state programmes and other legislative acts in the area of competence of the subdivision;
- Carrying out tasks related to the activity of the subdivision.
Type of employment Fixed period.
Function conditions:
- holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
- possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned, within the limits set by law;
- has full capacity to exercise;
- has the necessary studies foreseen for that function;
- in the last 5 years it has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
- it has no criminal history that had been unfeased for intentional offences.
Sunk-specific requirements:
Studies: Higher in economics, finance and banks.
Professional experience:
- Experience in banking and/or non-bank lending organisations of at least 3 years;
- Experience in analysing applications for bank products to legal entities for a minimum of 2 years;
- Experience in drafting internal regulations (operational manuals, instructions, procedures, strategies, guidelines);
- Experience in assessing credit applications constitutes an advantage.
Knowledge required:
In the specific field of activity:
- Economic legislation in force;
- Knowledge of economics – finance and entrepreneurship;
- Legislation in the field of entrepreneurship and taxation; principles for analysing and assessing the risks of entrepreneurial activity;
- Programme-specific provisions implemented by ODA;
- The operational implementation manuals of state programmes, funding products we make.
In the linguistic field, including the level of knowledge of the written/vorbit language:
- Romanian – advanced (written and oral).
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages at sufficient level for the performance of basic functional tasks and tasks.
In the digital field:
- Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office applications;
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office EXCEL;
- Knowledge in the use of PowerPoint.

Working regime:
40 hours per week, 8 hours/day.
Institution’s employment regime:
Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17.30, grassland: 12.00-13.00.
