ODA is a public institution with the mission to support the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova from the start of a business, to its internationalisation.

General purpose of the post Execution of conformity assessment activities and processing of documents related to products/funding instruments we do.

Basic tasks of the vacant post according to the job description:

  • Receiving, experting and financing applications for funding;
  • Monitor and report on the funding process and the impliment of products we do;
  • Receiving data and documents, analysing them and preparing the assessment reports of partner financial entities, in the field of competence;
  • Participating in the preparation of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals implementing state programmes and other legislative acts in the area of competence of the subdivision;
  • Carrying out tasks related to the activity of the subdivision.

Type of employment Fixed period.

Function conditions:

  1. holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
  2. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned, within the limits set by law;
  3. has full capacity to exercise;
  4. has the necessary studies foreseen for that function;
  5. in the last 5 years it has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
  6. it has no criminal history that had been unfeased for intentional offences.

Sunk-specific requirements:

Studies: Higher in economics, finance and banks.

Professional experience:

  1. Experience in banking and/or non-bank lending organisations of at least 3 years;
  2. Experience in analysing applications for bank products to legal entities for a minimum of 2 years;
  3. Experience in drafting internal regulations (operational manuals, instructions, procedures, strategies, guidelines);
  4. Experience in assessing credit applications constitutes an advantage.

Knowledge required:

In the specific field of activity:

  1. Economic legislation in force;
  2. Knowledge of economics – finance and entrepreneurship;
  3. Legislation in the field of entrepreneurship and taxation; principles for analysing and assessing the risks of entrepreneurial activity;
  4. Programme-specific provisions implemented by ODA;
  5. The operational implementation manuals of state programmes, funding products we make.

In the linguistic field, including the level of knowledge of the written/vorbit language:

  1. Romanian – advanced (written and oral).
  2. Knowledge of Russian and English languages at sufficient level for the performance of basic functional tasks and tasks.

In the digital field:

  1. Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office applications;
  2. Knowledge in using Microsoft Office EXCEL;
  3. Knowledge in the use of PowerPoint.

Working regime:

40 hours per week, 8 hours/day.

Institution’s employment regime:

Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17.30, grassland: 12.00-13.00.
