ODA is a public institution with the mission to support the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova from the start of a business, to its internationalisation.

General purpose of the post The achievement of the institution’s objectives for the implementation of State programmes at the pre-financing stage through conformity and risk assessment.

Basic tasks of the vacant post according to the job description:

• Pre-financing assessment of files in order to match applicants and investment projects with the objectives/priorities of state programmes;
• Analysis of the current and future economic and financial situation of grant applicants;
• Drawing up reports for the examination of the files of support applicants under State programmes;
• Participating in the preparation of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals implementing state programmes and other legislative acts in the area of competence of the subdivision;
• Carrying out tasks related to the activity of the subdivision.

Function conditions:

1. holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
2. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned, within the limits set by law;
3. has full capacity to exercise;
4. has the necessary studies foreseen for that function;
5. in the last 5 years it has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
6. it has no criminal history that had been unfeased for intentional offences;

Sunk-specific requirements:

Studies: Higher or equivalent in the economic field, accounting officer.

Professional experience:

— Professional experience in this field is an asset;

Knowledge required:

In the specific field of activity:

• the legal and regulatory framework governing the business of the institution;
• the legislation governing the business of entrepreneurship;
• project evaluation skills;
• the specific provisions of the programmes implemented by I.P.ODA.

In the linguistic field, including the level of knowledge of the written/vorbit language:

• Romanian – advanced;
• Russian language – intermediary;
• English – is an advantage.

In the digital field:

• Microsoft Office package – advanced user.

Working regime:

40 hours per week, 8 hours/day.

Institution’s employment regime:

Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17.30, grassland: 12.00-13.00.
