Senior Specialist, Reception and File Processing Section, Operations Directorate (deadline for application: 16 August 2024)
ODA is a public institution with a mission to support the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova from the start of a business to its internationalisation.
Overall purpose of the post Achievement of the objectives of the subdivision on the implementation of state programmes at the stage of reception and processing of files.
Core tasks of the vacancy as per the job description:
- Reception and processing of files in order to comply with the provisions of state programmes;
- Primary assessment of compliance of the criteria of the programmes implemented and submission of files to the risk assessment subdivision in accordance with the internal acts:
- Participating in the preparation of proposals to amend/supplement the operational manuals for the implementation of state programmes and other legislative acts in the areas of responsibility of the subdivision;
- Carrying out tasks related to the work of the subdivision.
Type of employment Indefinite period
Conditions attached to the function:
- holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
- possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned, within the limits laid down by law;
- it has full capacity to act;
- has the necessary studies required for the function;
- in the last 5 years he has not terminated his individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
- he has no uninterrupted criminal record for intentional offences.
Fund-specific requirements:
Studies: Bachelor’s degree in: economic, technical, legal.
Professional experience:
Professional experience in the field is an asset;
Knowledge required:
In the specific field of activity:
- the legal and regulatory framework governing the institution’s activity;
- the legislation governing entrepreneurship;
- project evaluation skills;
- the specific provisions of the programmes implemented by I.P. ODA.
In the language field, including the level of knowledge of the written/spoken language:
- Romanian – advanced;
- Russian – Intermediate;
- English – is an asset.
In the digital field:
- Microsoft Office package – advanced user.

Working arrangements:
40 hours per week, 8 hours/day.
Working conditions of the institution:
Monday-Friday, 8.30-17.30, lunch break: 12.00-13.00.
