Overall purpose of the post:

Logistical and administrative support (receiving, registering, recording, keeping, distributing and sending correspondence in both paper and electronic form) in strict compliance with the legislative acts in force.

Core tasks of the vacant civil service, as per job description:

Core tasks:

(1) ensures the management of the Chancellery and provides support in the day-to-day organisation of the institution’s work;

(2) summon participants to meetings of the institution;

(3) guide and inform visitors, notify staff of their arrival;

(4) provide protocol services for guests and visitors;

(5) maintain permanent contact between the Director-General and the staff of the institution;

(6) carrying out the day-to-day secretarial duties;

(7) receive the press and subscribe to specialist periodicals;

Conditions for participation in the competition

A. holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;

B. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned within the limits laid down by law;

c. Has full capacity to act;

D. has the necessary education required for the civil service in question;

E. has not terminated his individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons in the last 5 years;

F. has no criminal record for intentional offences;

Specific requirements for participation in the competition

Studies: graduate or equivalent in philology/public administration/economics.

Experience: 1 year professional experience in the field of the position.

Knowledge:

• Advanced level of knowledge of Romanian and English; knowledge of another language of international circulation is an asset.

• Secretarial training and further training courses, institutional management;

a) Skills: organising, working with information, analysis and synthesis, effective communication, drafting of documents, solving problems of high complexity, observing spirit, ability to plan and organise working time and respect of terms, accuracy, distributive attention, forecasting, effective oral and written communication, ability to focus on delivering multiple tasks at the same time; planning and organisation of time and compliance with terms.

b) Attitudes/behaviours: integrity, lack of corruption, ethical activities, respect for human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality; perseverance; creativity; correctness; accountability; irreproachable reputation (lack of involvement in dubious cases, including demonstrated by journalistic investigations, lifestyle corresponding to official income, etc.).

Salary: from RON 11 740.

The selection board reserves the right to reject candidates who demonstrate a lack of irreproachable reputation and other conditions.
