Overall purpose of the post:
Providing advice on economic matters relating to the performance of activities specific to the organisation.

1. Budgetary planning at the level of:
— Organisation;
— State programmes;
International projects.
2. Advice on the work of the Credit Guarantee Fund.
3. Participate in the development of measures for the economic and efficient use of the institution’s financial resources.

Conditions for participation in the competition

A. holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
B. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned within the limits laid down by law;
c. Has full capacity to act;
D. has the required studies prescribed for the function;
E. has not terminated his individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons in the last 5 years;
F. has no criminal record for intentional offences;


Specific requirements for participation in the competition

Studies degree or equivalent in the field of economics.
Experience at least 5 years old professional experience in the field of the position.


Knowledge
• Budget planning methods;
• The principles of budgetary accounting and reporting;
• Capacity to analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of the spending and funds budget;
• Preparation and preparation of forecasting projects;
• Personal negotiation skills, decision-making.
• Computer skills: MC Office, Internet.
