Recruitment competition for the position of senior specialist, Directorate for Start-Up Finance
1. Purpose:
Providing support and facilitating access for SMEs to financial and non-financial instruments for the creation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
2. Core tasks:
provide advisory support on the types and possibilities of accessing the appropriate support available for business creation and development;
provide advisory support to beneficiaries in the implementation of business creation and development projects;
establish, update and maintain the database of applicants and beneficiaries of ODIMM grants;
analyse and evaluate the files of the candidates submitted for accessing financial and non-financial support for business creation and development in the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises;
provide technical support when convening and organising evaluation committees for granting financial and non-financial support;
— liaise and communicate with the target group of the programmes,
participate in the organisation of SME meetings, forums and other events;
interact and ensure cooperation with business associations, state and private bodies providing support for HLF.
3. Type of employment:
Indefinite period.
4. Conditions for participation in the competition:
— holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
— has full capacity to act;
— have the necessary studies foreseen for the function,
— has not terminated his individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons in the last 5 years;
— does not have a clean criminal record for intentional offences.
5. Specific requirements for participation in the competition:
Studies:
degree or equivalent in economics, management, finance.
further training courses in the field.
Professional experience: minimum 2 years in the field of the post.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the legislation governing entrepreneurship;
Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory acts governing the activity of ODIMM.
Knowledge of programmes in the management of ODSMEs;
Knowledge of PC operation: Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, intranet;
— Knowledge of an international language (English/French/Russian) at B2 level;
Computer operating knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
Skills:

6. Working conditions:
Working arrangements: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day;
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08.30-17.30, lunch break 12.00-13.00;
Predominantly office work, where appropriate travel.
