Core tasks of the vacant civil service, as per job description:

Core tasks:

1. Designing project ideas, preparing and drafting project concepts, preparing financing projects, implementing projects, evaluating final reports.

2. Monitor the fundraising phase and submit project status reports and financial data.

3. Identification of calls launched and coordination of eligibility criteria.

4. Identification of potential partners and decision-makers for industry-relevant projects.

5. The preparation of funding applications in accordance with the provisions of the Applicant’s Guide.

6. Creation of project timetables and notification of project directorates.

Conditions for participation in the competition

a. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

b. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned within the limits laid down by law;

c. it has full capacity to act;

d. has the necessary education required for the civil service in question;

e. in the last 5 years he has not terminated his individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;

f. has no uninterrupted criminal record for intentional offences;

Specific requirements for participation in the competition

Studies degree or equivalent in Economics and International Relations.

Experience: 2 years’ professional experience in the field related to the position.

Knowledge:

Advanced level of knowledge of Romanian and English; knowledge of another language of international circulation is an asset.

Project preparation and management;

Advanced Project Management Methods;

Administration and use of project management tools;

Personal negotiation skills, decision-making;

Computer skills: MC Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Asana.

Skills: organisation, working with information, analysis and synthesis, effective communication, drafting of documents, argumentation, presentation, resolution of issues of high complexity, resolution of conflict situations.

Attitudes/behaviours: integrity, lack of corruption, ethical activities, respect for human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality; perseverance; creativity; correctness; accountability; irreproachable reputation (lack of involvement in dubious cases, including demonstrated by journalistic investigations, lifestyle corresponding to official income, etc.).

Salary: from RON 11 740.

The selection board reserves the right to reject candidates who demonstrate a lack of irreproachable reputation and other conditions.
