Purpose:

Development and implementation of marketing strategy and policies. Implementation of the IP-ODA policy in the field of media promotion of the HMM sector.

Core tasks:

• Develop and implement the agreed communication and marketing policy and measure its effectiveness;

Identify optimal solutions to promote the institution and the programmes it implements;

• Implement and monitor short- and medium-term strategies to promote IP-ODA generated websites;

• Increase the institution’s visibility on the national and international market, identify and propose new methods, analyse and manage domain data;

• Develop the concept and templates for all types of promotional and information materials, creation of social media banners/cards;

• Helping to maintain the organisation’s website, business portal and other media used, monitoring the press and public opinion about information disseminated by the institution;

• participate in the organisation of press events with the participation of representatives of the institution.

Type of employment:

Fixed period.

Conditions for participation in the competition:

— holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;

— has full capacity to act;

— has completed higher education/degree studies.

— has not terminated his individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons in the last 5 years;

— has no criminal record for offences committed;

Specific requirements for participation in the competition:

Studies: degree or equivalent in public relations, journalism, marketing, master’s degree in economics, management, finance.

Knowledge of languages of international communication:

— English at communication level;

another language is an asset.

Experience: length of service in the relevant field for a minimum of 3 years;

Professional knowledge:

knowledge of the legislative acts in the field of entrepreneurship, the Government Decisions and the Rules of Operation of the Management Programmes, the Regulation on the creation of IP-ODA;

Rules on the composition (structure, content) and style of articles, addresses, speeches in public;

methods of collecting and processing information using modern information technologies, etc.

knowledge of PC operation: Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, intranet, Canva, illustrator, Photoshop, Video edit.

Skills:

skills in working with information, planning, organising, coordinating and controlling;

the trend towards continuous professional development,

communication and negotiation skills;

— ability to work in a team;

— ability to plan and organise working time and respect terms.

A copy of the identity card;

Copies of diplomas and certificates of completion of further training and/or specialisation courses,

Documents attesting to professional experience,

A copy of the employment record book, certificates of professional activity carried out after 1 January 2019 or other supporting documents.
