Overall purpose of the post:

Analysis of funding files and risk assessment.

Basic tasks of the vacant post according to the job description:

Basic tasks:

1. Evaluation of funding files;

2. Analysis of the criteria eligible to the selected programme with the economic activity carried out;

3. Examination of the applicant’s exercise capacity;

4. Identifying the risks that may arise when making use of the funding provided;

5. Assessing the risks of not fulfilling the funding programme’s requirements or the provisions of the financing contract;

6. Economic and financial analysis of repayable financing applicants.

Type of employment

Indefinite period

Function conditions:

a. holds nationality of the Republic of Moldova;

b. possess Romanian and official inter-ethnic communication languages spoken in the territory concerned, within the limits set by law;

C. has full capacity to exercise;

d. has the necessary studies foreseen for that function;

e. in the past 5 years has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;

f. has no criminal history unfished for intentional offences;

Sunk-specific requirements:

Studies: — above licence or equivalent in economics, financial.

Experience: 2 years professional experience in the function-related field.

Knowledge:

• Possessing Romanian and Russian languages;

• Knowledge of a language of international circulation is an asset.

• Personal negotiating skills, decision-making;

• Professional skills to plan, report and manage working time effectively;

• Knowledge in computer use: MC Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, asana.

Skills: — Organisation, work with information, analysis and synthesis, effective communication, drafting of documents, reasoning, presentation, per se, resolving issues of high complexity, conflict planning.

Attitudes/behaviours: integrity, lack of corruption events, ethical performance, respect for human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality; perseverance; creativity; fairness; accountability; irreprotectable reputation (lack of involvement in dubious cases, including through journalistic investigations, lifestyles corresponding to official income, etc.).

• Copy of the work-book, work-related certificates carried out after 1 January 2019 or other confirmatory documents.
