The aim of:

Supporting and facilitating SMEs’ access to financial and non-financial instruments aimed at increasing the export capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Basic tasks:

— provide advisory support on the types and possibilities of accessing the appropriate support available for the development of export-oriented business;

— provide advisory support to beneficiaries in the implementation of projects to increase and internationalise business;

— participate in the development and launch of project calls;

establish, update and maintain the database of applicants and beneficiaries of non-repayable funding provided by DSOs to SMEs;

— analyse and assess candidates’ files for accessing financial and non-financial support to increase the export capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises;

— provide technical support for convening and organising evaluation committees for the provision of financial and non-financial support;

— liaise and communicate with the target group of the programmes;

— participate in the organisation of meetings, fora and other events intended for SMEs;

— interacts and ensures collaboration with the business-associative environment, state and private bodies that provide support to the HMM.

Type of employment:

Indefinite period.

Conditions for participation in the competition:

— holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;

— possess Romanian and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;

— has full capacity to exercise;

— it has completed higher education/licence in the economy, management, finance, international economic relations.

— in the last 5 years it has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;

— has no criminal history unfeased for offences committed;

Specific requirements for participation in the competition:

Studies: — senior to bachelor’s or equivalent, master’s degree in economics, management, finance, international economic relations;

Experience: length of service of at least 3 years; specialised seniority – at least 2 years.

Professional knowledge:

— Knowledge of legislation in the field of entrepreneurship activity, Government Decisions and Rules of Functioning of the Management Programmes, Regulation on the creation of ODIMM;

— PC operating knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, intranet;

— Financial analysis.

Skills:

— working skills with information, planning, organisation, coordination and control;

— a trend towards continuous professional development;

— communication and negotiation capacity;

• an observation spirit;

— team working capacity;

— intelligence;

— flexibility in thinking;

— ability to plan and organise working time and respect the terms.

Deadline for application:

Applications for participation in the competition may be submitted by 2.5.2022 at 10 a.m.

Documents to be submitted:

— Copy of the identity report;

— Copies of diplomas and certificates of completion of training and/or specialisation courses;

— Documents evidencing professional experience;

— Copy of the work-book, work-related certificates carried out after 1 January 2019 or other confirmatory documents.
