Employment competition for the function of senior specialist, reception and processing files
Overall purpose of the post:
Reception and processing of financing files.
Basic tasks of the vacant post according to the job description:
Basic tasks:
1. Receipt of financing files;
2. Analysis and processing of funding files;
3. Examination of the applicant’s exercise capacity within the limits of the distributed competences.
4. Preparation of the dossiers of grant applicants to be submitted to the subdivision which will ensure their evaluation;
5. Planning and reporting on the activities carried out.

Function conditions:
a. holds nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
b. possess Romanian and official inter-ethnic communication languages spoken in the territory concerned, within the limits set by law;
C. has full capacity to exercise;
d. has the necessary studies foreseen for that function;
e. in the past 5 years has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
f. has no criminal history unfished for intentional offences;
Sunk-specific requirements:
Studies: — higher than a licence or equivalent, in economic, financial, accounting, legal and accounting areas.
Experience: 2 years professional experience in the function-related field.
Knowledge:
• Possessing Romanian and Russian languages;
• Knowledge of a language of international circulation is an asset.
• Personal negotiating skills, decision-making;
• Professional skills to plan, report and manage working time effectively;
• Knowledge in computer use: MC Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, asana.
Skills: — organisation, work with information, analysis and synthesis, effective communication, drafting of documents, reasoning, presentation, per se, resolving issues of high complexity, conflict planning.
Attitudes/behaviours: integrity, lack of corruption events, ethical performance, respect for human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality; perseverance; creativity; fairness; accountability; irreprotectable reputation (lack of involvement in dubious cases, including through journalistic investigations, lifestyles corresponding to official income, etc.).
