Employment competition for Head of Human Resources Service
Overall purpose of the post:
Efficient coordination of human resources in order to achieve the objectives of carrying out the managerial functions of forecasting, organisation, training, coordination, control and evaluation.
Basic tasks of the vacant post according to the job description:
Basic tasks:
a. Staff management;
b. Recruitment and selection of staff;
C. Staff training and development;
d. General support in the field of human resources;
e. Achievement of the Service’s annual plan;
f. Effective running of the Service’s work.
Type of employment
Indefinite period
Conditions for participating in the competition
a. holds nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
b. possess Romanian and official inter-ethnic communication languages spoken in the territory within the limits set by law;
C. has full capacity to exercise;
d. has the necessary studies foreseen for that function;
e. in the past 5 years has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
f. has no criminal history unfished for intentional offences;
Specific requirements for participation in the competition
Studies: — above licence or equivalent, master in management/right.
Experience: at least 5 years professional experience in the function-related field.
Professional knowledge:
• specific knowledge of labour law, wages and human resources policies and processes;
• knowledge of human resources management, Organisational Management;
• PC operating knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, intranet;
Skills: — Organisation, work with information, analysis and synthesis, effective communication, drafting of documents, reasoning, presentation, per se, resolving issues of high complexity, conflict planning.
Attitudes/behaviours: integrity, lack of corruption events, ethical performance, respect for human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality; perseverance; creativity; fairness; accountability; irreprotectable reputation (lack of involvement in dubious cases, including through journalistic investigations, lifestyles corresponding to official income, etc.).
The Competition Commission reserves the right to reject candidates attesting deficiencies in the chapter of irreprocable competence and reputation.
