announce competition for the vacant position of
Internal Auditor, Internal Audit Division
The aim of:
Carrying out internal audit missions, providing advice and providing objective assurance on the effectiveness of the management internal control system, providing recommendations for its further development and contributing to improving the activity of IPODA.
Basic tasks:
- Planning of the process for assessing organisational management, financial management and internal control systems;
- Conducting audit missions and reporting in the field;
- Follow-up on the implementation of the recommendations provided to prevent infringements and deviations from the rules/requirements established in this area;
- Providing information and advisory support to the IPODA management.
- Assessment of the management internal control system.
Type of employment:
Indefinite period.
Conditions for participation in the competition:
- holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
- possess the Romanian language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned, within the limits set by law;
- has full capacity to exercise;
- has the necessary studies foreseen for that function;
- in the last 5 years it has not terminated its individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
- it has no criminal history that had been unfeased for intentional offences;
Specific requirements for participation in the competition:
Studies: — higher than a licence or equivalent in the fields of economic sciences and/or finance, legal.
Professional certification:
constitutes an advantage — possession of the certificate of qualification of the public audit issued by the Ministry of Finance or a certificate of qualification with international recognition in the field of internal audit.
Experience: seniority in the area of public internal financial control at least 3 years.
Professional knowledge:
In the specific field of activity:
- Knowledge of the National Internal Audit Standards;
- The Code of Ethics of the Internal Auditor;
- The methodological rules on the internal audit activity in the public sector;
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of internal audit and public control, including those approved by the Ministry of Finance.
In the digital field:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.

- analytical and synopsis capacity;
- ability to work in a team;
- inter-human networking capacity;
- ability to take decisions and assume responsibilities;

Institution’s employment regime:
40 hours/week.
Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17.30, grassland: 12.00-13.00.

- Curriculum Vitaestipulating the studies obtained, working experience, language knowledge and other relevant information to be considered;
- Copy of the identity report;
- Copies of diplomas and certificates of completion of training and/or specialisation courses;
- A reference person for recommendations, with an indication of contact phones, professional relations and email addresses.
- Documents evidencing professional experience
Copy of the labour meat (where applicable), work-related certificates carried out after 1 January 2019 or other confirmatory documents.
