Competition for the legal position in the Legal and Procurement Section (deadline: 10 February 2025)
IPODA is tasked with implementing the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, according to the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

- Basic purpose and tasks as per the job description
Purpose of the function Ensure compliance of domestic legislative acts with the provisions of the legislation in force and draft various legal acts, consult on legal matters, represent the interests of the institution on legal matters, give legal support to internal subdivisions and participate in the procurement process of I.P.ODA.
Basic tasks according to the job description
- The development, drafting and endorsement of the internal regulations of the I.P.ODA, support programmes and those falling within the remit of the Section;
- Drafting, experting and endorsement of draft collaboration agreements, contracts, agreements amending contracts, notices, termination notices, in collaboration with Subdivisions I.P.ODA;
- Providing legal assistance to subdivisions I.P.ODA in the implementation of the support programmes;
- Representing the interests of I.P.ODA within state and private institutions, commercial, non-commercial and non-governmental organisations, within international institutions, with a view to examining legal matters;
- Participation in the procurement process of I.P.ODA.
- Type of employment:
Indefinite period
- Conditions of application
- Studies: higher than a licence or equivalent in the legal field.
- Work experience is an asset.
- Knowing Romanian;
- Knowledge of English will be an asset;
- During the activity in previous jobs, it did not infringe Article 7(2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except when the person first falls within the labour force;
- It is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a particular activity in those functions and activities.
Skills communication, individual and teamwork, flexibility; responsiveness, compliance with written and oral instructions.
Other requirements responsibility, punctuality, fairness, ability to work under stress, willingness and possibility to continuously assimilate new general and technical knowledge.
- Institution’s employment regime:
40 hours/week.
Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17.30, grassland: 12.00-13.00.

- self-declaration that, during the period of activity in previous jobs, it has not infringed the provisions of Article 7(2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person falls within the labour force for the first time.
