Traditional craftsmanship transformed into a business
A traditional multimylenary skill has become a business idea for Vasile Bîlba in the village of Valea Perjei, Cimișlia district. European funding under the Of the programme it gave him the confidence to have a more prosperous future for his own business. Thus, in addition to automating the milking process, Vasile Bîlba it also aimed to implement a new method of sheep care. It thus replaced the traditional grazing with keeping the animals in an enclosed space. This is because, according to the entrepreneur, when the sheep graze on the mast, they lose too much energy, which affects their productivity.
The entrepreneur purchased a granulator for efficient food processing.
Vasile Bîlba he develops his business with great optimism. The products will for the time being market them regionally. The young man, however, has great plans. He wants to open a cheese soon, and later the products will conquer shops in both the region and the country.
The “PARE 1 + 1” Economic Discharge Programme operates under the “1 + 1” rule – each leu invested from the candidate’s remittances is replaced by a grant leu from the programme. Grant beneficiaries may be citizens of the Republic of Moldova working abroad and their first-degree relatives. The programme is financed from the state budget and co-financed by European Union funds.
