Today we present you the success story of the company ‘S.R.L. PRONATALEX’, which is known commercially as ‘Ref Service’ in the City of Bălate. Established in 2005 and managed by Alexandru Prodan, the company became recognised in the field of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Specialised in repair, maintenance, installation and sale of motor vehicle air conditioning, car fridges and heating systems, the company managed to maintain a high standard of services offered. The team of 10 employees is well prepared and motivated to meet customer requirements.

In 2024, Alexandru Prodan took an important step for business development. Decided to invest in the construction of a modern car workshop with state-of-the-art equipment. The project needed total financing of lei 1.7 million. The largest part, worth lei 1.2 million, was taken in the form of a cheap loan under the Government Programme 373, while lei 500000 came from own savings.

The administrator Alexandru Prodan explains the impact of this programme:
“With the help of the advantageous credit obtained through the programme 373, we managed to build a car workshop that meets the highest standards of comfort and efficiency. This programme is a key support for entrepreneurs by enabling them to implement their projects quickly, without waiting for full years to save the necessary resources.”

Ion Șerbacov, company manager, also added:
“This government support has given us the opportunity to transform our business and let us further.”

Since the launch of the programme 373, about 600 entrepreneurs have accessed advantageous loans totalling lei 2.4 billion. Investment generated a significant impact on the national economy, totalling more than lei 3.5 billion.
