4 years ago, Eugeniu Ivanov a laid the foundations of the SRL mobile manufacturing company ‘Eugen Mobil’ in Chișinău.

Today, with a team of 18 people and over lei 2.2 million accessed through two support programmes managed by ODA, the dream of exporting by taking shape and becomes reality.

Recently, through the Programme to increase the competitiveness of local producers and integration in value chains, it has accessed lei 480.000 to prepare itself well.

Funding was provided by the World Bank Group and the Government of the Republic of Moldova.

The first step towards export has already been taken, with the delivery of furniture in Nice, France, and the next vis-à-vis the extension to as many international markets as possible and the construction of a furniture factory.

Under this programme, each eligible contractor can access a grant of up to RON 2.000.000.

FINANCING: It covers up to 80 % of the investment for development services (max. lei 2 million/beneficiary) out of a total budget of lei 115.5 million, covered by the Moldovan government and World Bank Group through the “Competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” project.

The programme also benefits from the technical assistance provided by the “Long Enterprises and Commons for Moldova” project, financed by the German and Swiss Governments, implemented by GIZ Moldova.
