The company “COLVELS S.R.L”, founded by Colestru Veaceslav, has been active since 2018 and produces household and health items from paper and carton.
❗ through the Programme to increase the competitiveness of local producers and integration in value chains, the entrepreneur benefited from two grants totalling lei 3 million.
This support has helped modernise production processes, create jobs and increase competitiveness in the internal and external markets.

The educational component provides training sessions in management, marketing, digitalisation, logistics and others!
FINANCING: It covers up to 80 % of the investment for development services (max. lei 2 million/beneficiary) out of a total budget of lei 115.5 million, covered by the Moldovan government and World Bank Group through the “Competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” project.
The programme also benefits from the technical assistance provided by the “Long Enterprises and Commons for Moldova” project, financed by the German and Swiss Governments, implemented by GIZ Moldova.
