NICOLETA MOROȘANU – TO PUT YOUR BUSINESS IDEA IN PLACE REQUIRES MORE WORK, SKILLS AND PATCHING

First heard only shale, then informed and decided to set up a business, perhaps more seriously. 2013 it was the year in which it planned the step-by-step idea in 2014 set up the farm now 2019 and it seems to be incredible to have been successful. He coopted in his/her life and his spouse, with which he shares responsibilities. There was a need for much consistency, otherwise it would not have been successful. The first year was the most difficult year, as investing without profit, then I wanted to relinquish, considered a failure. They have passed this HOP, but it does not mean that they are not working very much now.
They were outside the country to research the market, understand what this business means, which implies growth and realisation of snins, but also a possible market for sale.
The first blind have brought them from Romania and Hungary, the price of a family was EUR 450.
Young entrepreneurs have counted on collateral, written projects and accessed European funds.
Matched expenditure thanks to support from DSOIMM within PAR 1+ 1 project. Training in financial and accounting management was also trained in financial and accounting management.

Over time, they found partners in six countries European where they buy animals and where they sell birds. In the future they aim to develop a loop in the production of birds.
They had difficulties with slider feed, but the experience gained in the space of the European Union, it helped young farmers produce the animal feed alone, which reduced the costs for maintenance. The recipe for feed processing has taken over it from entrepreneurs in Denmarkbut now it’s right to diversify.
The farm occupies an area of 700 square metres and hopes to increase the number of families as much as possible. Their care is simple. Maintenance is not costly, does not require large spaces, animals are resilient and unpretentive.
A silver plate is sold with EUR 25-50by quality and size and is exported, in particular, to Greece.
It promotes its continuous business by participating in national and international exhibitions, the most recent being Kastoria International Fur Fair, 44th edition in Greece. Nowadays, another idea emerges – the production of blancers’ articles, which will be a unique project not only in the Republic of Moldova.
With the grant obtained by Women’s Business Programme is already working on concept, brand, website, production and realisation.
It may now also suggest that before starting to the road there is a need to have a well-structured idea and concrete action plan, i.e. a business plan, in which all logistical aspects, expenditure, forecasts for the coming years, risks and management are noted.
Nicoleta Moroșan is ergic, passionate all of what it does and does not forget that Dumneze was happy with a frumble family, has a well-understantiating spouse, and since 2016 Dorian lights its lives and gives it forces to other projects that will follow.
