Initiated a business out of necessity. Cristina Bacaliuc and her spouseboth meal educators have appeared in a difficult financial situation when they brought their first child to the world. This has motivated them to look for solutions to be able to offer all of the time it needs. Thus, it was their idea to build a ribbon.

So, the history of Bacaliuc’s spouses starts. He – learner of primary classes, with a salary of less than lei 2,000, Romanian and English, on maternity leave with a stake monthly allowance. The first idea of many Moldovan hurdles has to migrate across borders. It’s not about the two spouses, who have chosen to stay home and to initiate an activity that provides them with an income, which would allow them to maintain their family. Therefore, the first two booth families emerged in 2014 in their household in Cahe Sate of Andrușe, Cah. Over time, the small business has grown and young people now own 50 zbatory families. Recently they have also opened up a company. And how any meals learn, the relinquishment of beekeeper has “furat” it from the internet. Now, bees provide them with an annual production of 1 500 kg honey, they market among friends and known.

The work generates income but also new ideas for business development. Entrepreneurs aim to produce honey-course with different mark-upsthis is a healthy product and child placle in particular. Promising idea will materialise through the Programme “Start for Youth” in which it participates in Local Cahul Employment Partnership.

From the grant obtained will purchase special honey production equipment but also beehives. According to them, participation in the project means a new start for them and huge help to stay home and provide children with a decent life. “We see our future at home, we want to see how children grow. We do not want to leave, but we also need one occupation here and a stable income, and the OEL project has given us this opportunity. Thanked that you give us the chance to say in our country”said Cristina Bacaliuc.

The implementation of the investment project was made possible by the cooperation between the Organisation for the Development of Sector of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO). As a result of this Local Employment Partnership, 11 businesses initiated by young people and women in the Cahul race were financially supported.
