If you legislate to perfect your eSignature via https://stisc.gov.mdyou need to complete your request online, after which you should go to one of the eSignatures Offices to one of the addresses:

— The Republic of Moldova or. Cah, str. M. Eminescu 43, Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In order to perfect the electronic signature through mobile operators it is necessary to go with the ID bulletin to one of their local representations.
