13 companies signed contracts with ODA today, 10 January, to access up to RON 500 thousand in non-repayable funding through the SME Digital Transformation Programme in the ODA portfolio.

The total investment for the digitisation of the 13 companies is approximately RON 4.7 million, of which RON 2.8 million is non-repayable financial support from the State. Grants will be leveraged to deploy innovative digital solutions and streamline work processes.

9 of the companies receiving support are active in urban areas and 4 in rural areas, in the areas of manufacturing, health and social work, agriculture, forestry and fisheries.

Among the entrepreneurs who were accepted today for non-repayable financial support is Stela Târgulalist, who owns a business specialising in the production and marketing of footwear.

Our company was created in 2013 as a family business, but from one year to the next the shoes with the brand name Hâncu’ is gaining popularity among the clientele. Our biggest challenge is the company’s low visibility. From the ODA grant, we aim to develop an electronic shop (e-commerce), a private office and an integrated online payment system. New visibility elements will increase the company’s confidence and market presence and thus contribute to turnover multiplication and labour productivity“, he emphasised the businesswoman.
