DSC 00612 editedThe contract signature ceremony took place on Tuesday 4 April at the premises of the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODSME) and is the 3th component of the programme, which involves the financing of business according to the 1 + 1 rule.
According to the Regulation on the implementation of the Economic Discharge Programme for the years 2010-2018, the application procedure provides for 4 stages: 1 – information and communication, 2 – entrepreneurship training and support, 3 – business financing and 4 – programme monitoring and evaluation.
Of the 33 entrepreneurs who signed financing contracts today, 20 are active in agriculture and plan to grow cereals, vines, ethereal crops and vegetables in sheltered areas, another 7 provide services such as education, medical and automotive services, and 6 are active in the agri-food and woodworking industries.
ODIMM experts explained to the beneficiaries the correct procedure for using non-repayable grants offered by the State to launch or develop a business.
Applicants were informed about the advisory support provided by ODIMM during the PARE 1 + 1 programme stages, the procedure for carrying out investments and the monitoring carried out during the pre-financing and post-financing period. All these actions are part of the support procedure and aim to help entrepreneurs make efficient use of grants.
The 33 PARE 1 + 1 signatories are to contribute their part of the investment, according to the 1 + 1 rule of the money earned in 14 states: Italy, Germany, Russia, France, Israel, Denmark, Iceland, USA, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Romania, Spain, Portugal and Ireland.

The programme operates under the ‘1 + 1’ rule, so that each leu invested from remittances will be replaced by a leu in the form of a grant under the Programme.Grant beneficiaries may be citizens of the Republic of Moldova working abroad and beneficiaries of remittances, first-degree relatives.
