The Government has approved Digital Transformation Programme for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. In order to finance this programme, financial means amounting to RON 10 million have been provided for in the budget of the Ministry of Economy.

The financial support is non-repayable and will be provided in the form of a grant. Its amount shall not exceed 70 % of the value of the investment project, of which:

• RON 250 thousand will be offered to micro enterprises;

• RON 500 – for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The programme will run for a period of three yearsits objective is to support businesses throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova through the provision of non-repayable financial support. The means are intended to digitalise their businesses, facilitate access to domestic and foreign markets, with the aim of increasing business competitiveness and productivity.
