More than 100 female entrepreneurs from Danube Region countries, including the Republic of Moldova, participated from 4 March to 4 April 2020 in the first webinar on improving entrepreneurial culture, skills and competences for business development. The trainings bring together at the same virtual women’s table, who own or are about to start business in the 9 partner countries of the Women in Business Interregional Project “Promoting youth entrepreneurship in the Danube Region”. This project is co-financed by European Union funds (ERDF, IPA, ENI)under the Danube Transnational Programme 2014-2020.

Free webinar training offers young women:

· Personal entrepreneurship training delivered by professionals at different stages of idea or business development;

· Mentoring and coaching delivered by successful businesswomen from project partner countries;

· Access to the Women in Business Educational Platform with the possibility to benefit from expertise, consultations and practical advice from leaders;

· Integration in women in Business community to participate in thematic forums, specific events with trainers, mentors, who will provide answers to various questions.

Partner and implementer of the Women in Business Project in the Republic of Moldova is the Organisation for the Development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Sector.
