Purem by Eberspächer a major supplier and developer of components for the automotive industry, it is interested in identifying suppliers and entering into partnerships with domestic companies.

Today at the event ’Purem Suppliers Day and Scoping Mission” organised by ODIMM Purem representatives of the Eberspächer Group outlined the areas of interest in cooperation with local companies.

At the beginning of the event, Iulia Costin, Director-General stressed the support provided by ODIMM for domestic companies in capacity building and internationalisation.

“ODIMM facilitates the international promotion of local businesses through access to new markets for the sale, repowering and interconnection of local suppliers with foreign companies. We are also developing a database of Moldovan companies with export potential and supporting their integration into the regional and international value chain”.

Representative of the group Eberspächer, Volker Cwielong, stressed that he would be interested in potential cooperation with Moldovan companies.

“Following this mission, we will assess possible partnerships with domestic companies and hope to find suitable suppliers in the Republic of Moldova”.

At the event, several B2B meetings were held between representatives of domestic companies and representatives of the German group, with a view to presenting their own services and products and establishing potential cooperation.

Today’s meeting will be followed by a series of fact-finding visits to several entrepreneurs in the fields of CNC processing, manufacture of welded metal structures, plastic injection and industrial design in order to identify potential win-win partnerships and connections.

The event is initiated by the Organisation for the Development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Sector with the support of the Project “Advice of the Government of the Republic of Moldova to Economic Policies”, implemented by GIZ Moldova with the financial support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
