2 September 2026, Chisinau The Entrepreneurship Development Organisation informs that the launch of the application session for non-repayable financial support on 2 September 2026 has been affected by temporary technical difficulties in the functioning of interconnected government services used in the application process, as specified STISC.

Once the functionality of the services is restored, the e-cabinet application process became available. Some punctual difficulties of synchronisation between the electronic services used in the application process were subsequently reported.

ODA regrets the difficulties encountered by entrepreneurs who tried to apply while e-services were affected and thanks all applicants for their patience, understanding and interest in support programmes.

Entrepreneurs’ interest in grants was high. For some of the calls launched, the cumulative amount of funding requested reached within a short timeframe the budget ceiling set for that session. In these cases, the reception of requests was automatically stopped, according to the mechanism foreseen for the deployment of calls.

At the same time, two of the calls launched remain open and entrepreneurs can still apply for funding, within the limit of the available budget, under the Programme to support Digital Innovations and Technology Startups – Measure 2 and the SME CREȘTEM – Digital Transition tool.

ODA will analyse the experience of this session in the light of both the reported technical difficulties and the dynamics of the submission of applications. On the basis of this analysis, the necessary measures will be identified to improve the organisation of the next sessions and to ensure that the application process is as clear, workable and fair as possible for entrepreneurs.

The institution will continue to follow the functioning of the application process and work with the entities in charge of the electronic services involved so that the difficulties identified are analysed and, as far as possible, prevented at future sessions.

ODA will share all information on upcoming grant application sessions in a timely manner through its official channels.

Since the beginning of the year, 410 investment projects have been approved by ODA through grant instruments. The approved grants amount to RON 194.99 million and the implementation of the projects will generate approximately RON 384.01 million of investment in the economy.

The grants are financed from state budget funds, with the support of the European Union through the Reform Agenda for the Republic of Moldova, the World Bank Group, the Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) and the Competitiveness Improvement Project Implementation Unit (UIPAC), as well as through the Puternic Enterprise and Common Project for Moldova (SBC) – component ‘Increasing Energy Resilience of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova’, implemented by ODA and GIZ, with the funding of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Government.
