September 25, 2026, Chișinău – The Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) reminds applicants that calls for non-reimbursable funding for small and medium-sized enterprises are held monthly, in accordance with the Funding Calls Calendar for September–November 2026. The next calls will open on October 1, 2026, at 09:00.

Each call will remain open for 5 working days, subject to the allocated budget. If the available funding ceiling is reached before the end of this period, the submission of applications will close at that time. Applications are submitted exclusively online through the Entrepreneur’s Cabinet (e-Cabinet).

Based on the experience gained during the September calls, the option to upload Excel files for transferring data into the electronic application form has been removed. Information will be entered directly into the e-Cabinet, while the Excel files will remain available as templates for preparing the data in advance.

As an exception, for the Women Entrepreneurship Support Program, the Excel annex will continue to be completed and attached to the application, as this is the final call organized under the current format of the program.

The open programs and the budget available for each call can be consulted in the Funding Calls Calendar. ODA recommends that entrepreneurs review the conditions of their chosen program in advance and prepare the information required for the application.

ODA continues its efforts to improve the application process and cooperates with the institutions responsible for the electronic services used, with a view to identifying and resolving the difficulties encountered by applicants.
