ODA announces intention to launch grant calls for 420 applications
26 March 2026, Chisinau — The Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Moldova and development partners, announces its intention to launch grant calls under the programs and non-reimbursable financial support instruments managed by the institution, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.
The calls will be open for submission of support applications according to the following schedule:
Starting from April 8, 2026, at 09:00, and until the number of applications specified on the dedicated webpage for each call is reached, calls will be open for submitting 300 applications under the following instruments:
- 50 applications under the Women’s Entrepreneurship Support Program (Measure 1).
- 35 applications under the Small Producers Support Program.
- 70 applications under the Digital Innovation and Tech Startup Support Program (55 for Measure 1 and 15 for Measure 2).
- 100 applications under the non-reimbursable financial support instrument for SME development — CREȘTEM IMM (including 35 applications for technological modernization and energy efficiency, 40 applications for digital transformation, and 25 for green transition priorities).
- 45 applications under the Program for Increasing Competitiveness of Local Producers and Integration into Value Chains.
Starting from April 20, 2026, at 09:00, and until the number of applications indicated on each call’s webpage is reached, calls will be open for submitting 120 applications under the following instruments:
- 120 applications under the non-reimbursable financial support instrument for SME development CREȘTEM IMM (including 65 applications for youth support and 55 applications for supporting entrepreneurial initiatives from migrants).
At the same time, calls remain open for programs and instruments where the required number of applications has not yet been reached, without reducing the number of available slots.

In this context, ODA encourages entrepreneurs to prepare their projects for non-reimbursable funding and the related documentation in order to apply to the above-mentioned programs and instruments.
We emphasize that the funds are provided from the state budget, from European Union funds through the Reform Agenda, as well as by development partners: the World Bank Group, the “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” (SBC) Project, the project “Enhancing the Energy Resilience of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova,” implemented by GIZ and ODA, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Government of Switzerland.
