15 July 2026, Chisinau The Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation, announces the launch of Call II in 2026 under the State Programme for the Establishment and Development of Industrial Parks.

The period for submitting concept notes is 17 July 2026, 09: 00 – 5 August 2026, 17: 00.

The programme is addressed to public authorities and institutions interested in setting up or developing industrial parks on publicly owned land. Through this programme, the Government of the Republic of Moldova supports the development of a modern industrial infrastructure capable of attracting investments, boosting regional economic competitiveness and generating new development opportunities for local communities.

Activities under the three intervention schemes are financed under the Programme:

• Regime I – the establishment of industrial parks, through the preparation of feasibility studies, technical and urban documentation, and other documents necessary for the initiation of the project;

• Regime II – development, modernisation and expansion of the technical and building infrastructure of industrial parks;

• Regime III – supporting investments aimed at developing the economic ecosystem of industrial parks and attracting residents.

The central specialised public administration bodies, local public administration authorities, including those of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, and higher education institutions that meet the eligibility conditions laid down in the State Programme shall be invited to participate in the call.

Applicants shall complete and submit the concept note and the application form, in accordance with the provisions of the State Programme and the call documentation. All submitted projects will be assessed by the Programme Coordination Committee, on the basis of the eligibility and evaluation criteria laid down in the legislative acts and the Operational Manual of the Programme.
