In this context, the following were presented: (I) the National Youth Economic Assistance Programme (PNAET), which provides training courses for 10 days for young people from 18 to 30 years, and the possibility of accessing a loan with preferential conditions of up to RON 300.000 for up to 5 years, with 40 % of the grant; (II) the Efficient Business Management Programme (GEA), aimed at entrepreneurs intending to increase their entrepreneurial skills in order to ensure efficient business management; (III) the PARE 1 + 1 programme, which provides a grant of up to RON 200 thousand for migrant workers or first-degree relatives wishing to develop their own business; (IV) the Credit Guarantee Fund, aimed at facilitating access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing financial guarantees for loans taken out by SMEs; (V) the Competitiveness Improvement Programme (CAP II); offering a grant of up to RON 200 for business development services to export-oriented companies, (VI) the programme for the subsidisation of bulls and exhibitions, which offers RON 2 to entrepreneurs participating in exhibitions, with a view to compensating for the expenses incurred by small entrepreneurs, (VII) the Business Incubators Network, which allows the development of the business under more favourable conditions than those on the market and offers the possibility of accessing advisory and support services.

A welcome novelty for entrepreneurs in the region was that a Business Incubator from this network will open in 2016 in the Calarasi district.


Reference was also made to the consultancy services provided by ODIMM through the Business Advisory and Assistance Centre, which is available to entrepreneurs to guide them in their business.

The entrepreneurs present at the event showed interest in the programmes presented, planning to visit the ODIMM office to learn more and identify the programmes and concrete support from which they can benefit.
The event was attended by around 60 participants, representing: business environment, local governments, business service providers, commercial banks and civil society representatives.
