10 December 2025, Chisinau — As Programme to compensate for the increase in electricity prices for companies in the Republic of Moldova is approaching the final implementation phase, the Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship informs you that 22 December 2025 is the deadline by which interested entrepreneurs can apply for compensation.

This deadline allows us to manage efficiently all applications received so that payments to beneficiaries are made by 31 December 2025, in accordance with the procedures in force.

Please note that no new applications can be submitted after 22 December 2025 and non-compliant applications will no longer be corrected. We recommend that you verify at an early stage the correctness of the data entered when submitting applications and submit them by the indicated deadline. The eligibility criteria for beneficiaries as well as the description of the application procedure for compensation can be found in Applicant’s guide.

Between January and November 2025, for compensation for electricity expenses, the Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship assessed and approved more than 3,500 applications submitted by companies in the manufacturing sector.

Of the total of RON 130.7 million accepted for payment:

— more than lei 128.2 million have already been granted to entrepreneurs to cover electricity expenses for the mentioned period;

— approximately lei 2.4 million will be transferred to companies’ accounts in the period ahead.

This government support contributed significantly to reducing the impact of energy costs on businesses.
