Women entrepreneurs in Calarasi learned how to internationalise their businesses
Iulia Iabanji, Director General of ODIMM, mentioned the EEN as one of the ways to enter the European market and create partnerships for business development.
According to Yulia Iabanji, for entrepreneurs who want to conquer international markets, grow and grow, it is important to become a member of the EEN, as it offers the opportunity to prepare
the ground for entrepreneurial activity in the context of Moldova’s future accession to the European Union, with all the necessary rules.
The EEN is the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises, with over 3000 experts and almost 600 member organisations from over 60 states. The Republic of Moldova has been a member of the EEN since 2015 and has four National Contact Points: The Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODIMM), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), the Agency for Innovation and Technological Transfer (AITT) and the Obasca Association, the Technology Transfer Network of Moldova (RTTM).
The National Platform for Women in Moldova (PNFM) was set up in 2012 by the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODIMM) in partnership with the International Centre for the Promotion of Women in Business (ICAWB) under the Regional Programme “Women Entrepreneurship – an engine for job creation in Southern Eastern Europe”.
