The Romania-Republic of Moldova Joint Operational Programme is one of the cross-border cooperation programmes financed from the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI).

The general objective of the Romania-Republic of Moldova Joint Operational Programme is to enhance economic development and improve the quality of life of people in the cross-border area through joint investments in education, economic development, culture, cross-border infrastructure and health.
