Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises will benefit from partial compensation of the exhibition space under the State Programme for Incentive Participation of Economic Operators in Girls and Exhibitions.
The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Sector Development Organisation will support the participation of SMEs in national fairs and exhibitions through the ‘Programme to stimulate the participation of economic operators in fairs and exhibitions’, financed from the state budget.
The aim of the programme is to promote the SME sector at exhibition events.
Micro, small and peasant households, patent-holders who are:
producers,
beneficiaries of State support programmes for SMEs (PARE, PNAET);
— recipients of State Credit Guarantees (GCF);
— innovators;
exporters,
— service providers in the fields of: rural tourism; construction, crafts.
— master craftspeople,
— other.
in accordance with the exhibition calendar for 2012, economic operators participating in the exhibitions Furniture, Farmer and Black Sea Letex will receive compensation amounting to a maximum of 50 % of the cost of the space contracted, but no more than 4 m². The maximum amount transferred to a beneficiary shall not exceed RON 2000.
Please note that in order to receive financial support, economic operators must submit an application for registration to the Programme, rent and pay the exhibition space to the exhibition organiser. The financial support will be provided as an event. The following documents will be attached to the grant application submitted to ODIMM:
• Company registration certificate (patent);
• Copy of the lease contract for the exhibition space;
• Copy of the provision for rental payment of exhibition space;
• Copy of the identity card of the company’s head;
