On On 29 May, the RIAM members’ briefing meeting on opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises was held at the headquarters of the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

The aim of the meeting was to make efforts to develop small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Moldova more effective by disseminating information on business support programmes of ODSMEs, but also of some partner institutions.

At this meeting, the Business Incubator Managers, members of RIAM, were presented and discussed in detail the participation procedures, eligibility criteria, documents to be provided by applicants and other useful information on Programmes financed from both the state budget and external donors implemented by ODIMM: Programmenational Youth Economic Ability Programme – PNAET, Economic Discharge Programme – PARE 1 + 1, Effective Business Management – GEA, Guarantee Fund for CrediteloR – FGC, etc.

Representatives of Athe State Defender of Intellectual Property informed participants about the legal aspects of copyright and related rights protection in the Republic of Moldova, but also about the procedures for registering a design or mDSOindustrial, trademark and patent in the Republic of Moldova.

Of particular interest has been the European Network of Services EURAXESS Moldova, which offers advisory services to researchers from abroad who wish to take up employment at the university.tI, research institutes,U in other cothe shoulders of the the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Incubator managers took over the information presented in order to consult both incubator residents and businesses in the region correctly and efficiently.
