ODIMM, present at the first summit of the largest European EEN network
Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODSME) together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova and National Research and Development Agency I am a member of the largest European network Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)a European Commission initiative to support businesses, business and professional organisations, research institutes, universities, technology centres, development agencies in more than 60 countries worldwide.
Oxana PaladiciucHead of Regional Development and Business Support Infrastructure, senior expert in the EEN, presented the first summit in Budapest, Hungary Enterprise Europe NetworkInvestment opportunities in the Republic of Moldova and cooperation with domestic companies.
“ODIMM, as the main business support institution in the Republic of Moldova, provides the necessary support to SMEs in setting up both national and international business partnerships. Historically, forums, conferences, fairs and exhibitions, B2Bs have been organised through which entrepreneurs have been able to promote their products and services, create new connections for the internationalisation of businesses and their connection to global trends in the economy”.
In the context, the EEN partners in the Republic of Moldova highlighted the challenges of innovative SMEs in the region, also providing examples of cooperation between academia, research and the business community.
At the same time, the representative of ODIMM reiterated the openness of our institution for future collaborations and partnerships with those above 600 EEN member centres in the Community block and in third countries.
During the Summit, held on 9-10 December in Budapest by the Hungarian Consortium of the EEN, the challenges facing the European economy during the pandemic period were addressed and experiences and best practices were shared among the EEN network members.
Mission of the Enterprise Europe Network CentresN implicitly a ODIMM as a member, it is to support local companies to expand their business by providing foreign trade advice, to identify new markets for products/services and potential partners for the joint development of new businesses or funders for business ideas, inventions, innovations.
