ODIMM invites women entrepreneurs to its 4th meeting – “Emotional intelligence – Tea clock”
The Moldovan Women’s Entrepreneurship Platform (PFAM) announces the organisation of the 4th edition of Business Women’s Meetings. The event will take place on Sunday 14 December at the Leogrand Convention Centre Hotel, Răut (str. Mitropolit Varlaam 77) from 11.00 to 15.00.

The main objective of the Platform is to develop women’s professional and entrepreneurial skills by organising various thematic trainings, workshops, debates, competitions.
The 4th edition of the Platform will be organised under the theme of “Emotional intelligence – stress management”where business women will learn about how to manage stress and conflict effectively by speaking at Ms Angelica Manea, Director DAL Consulting. It will also be discussed. Internationalisation of SMEs in the light of the Association Agreementtopic presented by Ms Speranța OLARU, Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova.
With the aim of encouraging female entrepreneurship, Elena SAVA, Director of the Tourism Agency “Stil Tur” and Margarita Deordița, Director General of the Company “Loial”they will tell their success stories and the challenges of Moldova’s female business. The successful History – winner of the competition organised by the PFAM in partnership with the Travel Agency, Stil Tur “Winning a dream holiday”, on the social media network, will also be designated. In the context of the approaching winter holidays, businesswomen will have the opportunity to participate in a Master Class of the Revelion table tour organised by Company Éclairwhere female entrepreneurs will learn how to arrange the festive table correctly, but also creatively.
Participants will also have the opportunity to get to know women’s cosmetics to Carolina Portărescu, founder of ‘CaroLush’ and confectionery of the Natalia Bolohan, Administrator “Benado Prim”.

We recall that the Platform of Women Entrepreneurs in Moldova (PFAM) – “To a tea cup” is in its 4th edition and is organised by the Organisation for the Development of the SME Sector (ODIMM) in partnership with the European Commission. PFAM is a voluntary initiative launched in December 2013.
The specific objectives of the Platform are to: (I) encourage female entrepreneurship; (II) facilitate communication and partnering between female entrepreneurs; (III) to contribute to professional and personal development and (iv) to serve as a tool to promote products and services of companies managed by female entrepreneurs.
