The Organisation for the Development of the Sector of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODIM) is a public, non-commercial, non-profit institution, working in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and other central and local authorities, business associations, business support providers and small and medium-sized enterprises. ODIMM is currently implementing several national and international projects, including the Youth Economic Enabling Programme (PNAET), the PARE 1 + 1 Economic Remittance Programme, the Efficient Business Management Programme, the Special Credit Management Fund Programme, etc. In particular for young ODSME entrepreneurs, it creates and manages business incubators in the districts of the country. There are currently 9 business incubators active in the country.

The National Youth Council of Moldova (CNTM) is a non-governmental youth, apolitical organisation comprising 46 youth organisations at local and national level. The CNTM is the organisation that brings together the interests of young people in Moldova and serves as the unique national platform of the youth associative sector. In order to achieve this vision, the CNTM’s mission is to promote the interests of young people in Moldova, to contribute to the development of youth associations by carrying out training, information, lobbying and consultation programmes and activities. The NHRC is an institution promoting youth policy.
