Lyudmila Stihi, Head of Research, Innovation and Training at ODIMM informed entrepreneurs about the development of the business consultancy service. The purpose of the advisory service is to facilitate entrepreneurs’ access to information on the process of starting a business.

Opportunities were also discussed to promote the development of the business through programmes offered by ODIMM and other Moldovan institutions with this profile.

Elena Șapoval, ODIMM coordinator, presented the International Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), which is the largest SME support network in the world, with more than 3000 experts and almost 600 DSC 0083Member organisations from more than 60 Member States.

Elena Șapoval mentioned that the network provides business support, support for innovation and stimulation of SME participation in EU R & D programmes.


The Sângerei Business Incubator (IASG) is a public, non-commercial institution that gives entrepreneurs with ideas and business plans the chance to realise them in a favourable environment. The official opening of the Incubator took place on 8.8.2013.

The 9 Business Incubators, opened in the country’s districts, aim to create an entrepreneurial support environment for the rapid and lasting development of incubated firms’ business strategies and local economic development through the creation of new companies and jobs.

The Sângerei Incubator has 15 businesses, including catering services, transport services, beauty services, car training, computing services, web design, construction and technical-publishing facilities, polygraphic services, project writing for business development, business consultancy. At the same time, a few residents have opened businesses in real estate, rabbit farming, the manufacture of thermopan windows and the manufacture of ice cream.
