On 14 April, current the Organisation for the Development of the HighMM Sector (ODIMM) participated in the launch of the business managed by Vasile Rusu, beneficiary of PARE 1+ 1. The entrepreneur managed to build in s. Mitoc, Orhei rods a cargrill (locally fitted for drivers), an idea inspired by the West.

The ceremony participated Mr. Stephane BRIDEMinister for Economic Affairs, Mr Alexei CojocaruMayor s. Mitoc, MS Iulia IABANJIDirector General ODIMM, representatives of local public authorities and media.

Dl. Stephane BRIDE, the Minister for Economic Affairs has shown the impression of such an investment, noting that the launch of such a business indicates that the Republic of Moldova is still developing its economy.

“Today, it is important to believe that our future is home, that we can change things well, as Moldova has enormous potential, especially in rural areas. Therefore, we need to inform small entrepreneurs about all existing development initiatives and programmes, to benefit from them, to open up businesses and new jobs", stated the Minister for Economic Affairs.

Iulia IABANJI, Director General ODIMM said that such businesses are courage incentives for those who believe to return to home.

“The ODIMM team is proud by the business launched by Vasile Rusu, beneficiary of the PARE programme, who had the courage to launch the business where visa of recent years was launched. We hope that this success story will encourage more Moldova to return to home and to fall within the social and economic life of the country. We will also continue to support those who want to prejudge an economic activity through programmes implemented by DSOsIMM (EAP programme 1+ 1, GEA, NAPET, Exhibitions Subsidy)”mentioned Ms IABANJI.

The entrepreneur claims that it was not easy to launch such a business, but with a lot of work and it has managed to do all. Today, the entrepreneur has created 11 jobs, but expects the number of employees to double in the future.

“I am very happy because I managed to achieve a dream for my children. This business makes me taught, knowing that my children will stay in the country. We worked two decades abroad and the return of home and the creation of a future in the country is very important for me and my family. I hope that everyone flying back to a home day to reach them in the country", stated Vasile Rusu, beneficiary of PARE 1+ 1.

During the implementation of the ERIP 1+ 1, access to finance for 504 companies was facilitated. Investment in the economy by the beneficiaries of the programme exceeded lei 184 million. The grant transferred under the programme amounts to approximately lei 83 million.
