Today, 29 September, ODIMM kicked off the European SME Week by organising the ‘From Idee to Business’ information seminar. More than 50 students had the opportunity to learn about training programmes, funding and consultation, business start-up opportunities, but also to talk to young entrepreneurs.

Main objective the seminar’s aim is to promote entrepreneurship among young people and encourage them to set up their own businesses.

Director General ODIMM Iulia Iabanji advised seminar participants to enquire about all programmes and opportunities for starting and developing the business, mentioning that they could benefit from ODIMM support and support.

During the workshop, young people had the opportunity to discuss and ask questions directly to young entrepreneurs, who already have a successful business: Victoria Novac, EduJoc SRL and Alexandru Bostan, Bostalex SRL. Entrepreneurs shared their experience in encouraging young people to give them business advice: research the market, offer a new and original service or product and have courage to go beyond its limits.

As a reminder, the period from 29 September to 5 October is “European SME Week”. In the Republic of Moldova, this initiative is supported annually by a series of public events. They will address a range of topics, building on the realities of the business climate, business start-up and expansion opportunities at international level. It will also promote the history of successful entrepreneurs, organise networking and communication events and create new business partnerships.

Wednesday 1 October — Workshop “Energy in Business”, of the ‘Beneficiaries of the Association’ series, edition II,

Thursday 2 October — International SME Conference “SME – EUROPEAN PERFORMANCE SUPPORT”

Saturday 4, October — Workshop in the framework of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Platform – “La o Ceașcă de Ceai”: “Intelligent Promotion Methods”.
