On 28 May 2015 the Organisation for the Development of the HighMM Sector (ODIMM) participated in Fora of trades/professionsin which the National Employment Agency jointly with the Chișinău Labour Force Employment Agency organised Job matching for Youth.

The aim of this event is to build stronger relationships between employers, learning institutions and NGOs. In addition, informing young people about job vacancies in the country, opportunities to study a speciality/professions/meseries, as well as launching their own business.
In this context, the IMMO participated in this project precisely in order to ensure that it is the main goal of supporting the business environment and helping to increase the degree of entrepreneurial and financial culture already in school banks, so students – future entrepreneurs – can make a business idea and take the best development decisions.

Presentation with generic “Business development opportunities for young people” it was accompanied by a session of discussions and questions of young people to which I answered; and provide advice to help them learn and better understand what it means to be an entrepreneur, who are programmes to develop entrepreneurial skills, opportunities to start their own business and access finance.
More than 30 educational institutions, more than 60 companies and employers, NGOs and public authorities participated in the event.
