At the event, Elena Șapoval, Programme Coordinator at the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODSME), gave a presentation on the EEN programme (Entreprise Europe Network) in Moldova and on the possibilities for entrepreneurs to become members of the European Entrepreneurship Network. According to Elena Șapoval, Entrerprise Europe Network is the largest SME support network in Europe providing direct business support and access to the external market, opportunities to exploit new technology and business opportunities, support in shaping and improving EU policies for SMEs. The ODSME coordinator indicated that the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises is one of the EEN National Contact Points in Moldova and can provide any information support related to the European Entrepreneurship Network. 1035243018 N

Roman Curca, the Manager of the Business Incubators Network of Moldova mentioned that the training sessions Pare 1 + 1, GEA and PNAET are being launched by ODSME small and medium-sized entrepreneurs as of 1 June, inviting incubator residents as well as entrepreneurs wishing to grow. The RIAM manager also mentioned the launch of the grant competition for business incubators’ residents to be launched in June.

The Public Institution Cimișlia Business Incubator (IACM) is a non-commercial organisation founded by the Cimișlia District Council on the basis of the Policy Matrix for the Sectoral Support Programme ‘Economic Stimulation in Rural Areas’ funded by the EU and implemented by the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODIMM). The hatchery was officially opened on 23 April 2015. The IACM building has 22 offices of different sizes (08 m² – 111 m²) for entrepreneurial production and service activities, plus a well-equipped conference room for seminars, round tables and training activities.

Incubated businesses are hosted in the incubator for up to 3 years, with the possibility of extension of the term (plus maximum 2 years). During this period, firms benefit from equipped and equipped offices, advisory services, support for the development of domestic and international partnerships, access to finance services and technical support services, business management.
